Cancelling or Amending Your Orders

  • It is possible to amend or cancel your order before it is dispatched. If you need to amend your orders or cancel your orders, please contact us and we will take care of it immediately.

  • If you paid by Alipay or Wechat pay, and need to be refunded to Alipay or Wechat, a handling fee of 2% will be charged by this site.


Items Missing or Incorrect

  • Please check receipt carefully with the name of the products, quantity of items purchased and price. Please also keep the receipt as evidence. 

  • If items are different than what you have ordered, please contact us immediately. Please bring along the receipt and the incorrect item to our shop if exchange of item or refund is requested.


Damaged Item

  • Products can be damaged sometimes during the process of delivery. If products are damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product and contact us immediately so that we can arrange an exchange of product or refund.


Products Listed Below Are Nonreturnable

  • Please note: In order to ensure food safety and hygiene, if there is no problem with the quality, they are nonreturnable.

  • Fresh products, unless there is a problem with the quality of the product itself, they are nonreturnable. (If there are any problems with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours, requests for exchange or refund will not be accepted after 24 hours.)

  • For “dry goods” and “frozen goods”, the products must be in a condition where it does not affect the secondary sales, and please contact us within 7 days, requests for exchange or refund will not be accepted after 7 days after purchase.

  • If you discovered there is damage to the packages, missing item, or quality problem etc. please take a photo and send it to this site customer service email ([email protected]), or you could bring your receipt and the product to our shop to request for exchange or refund.


Household Appliances

  • Home appliances are nonrefundable. If the household appliance has quality problem within 6 months of purchase, please bring the receipt and the product to our shop for exchange. 


Returning Procedure

  • Please send a return requests to our customer service team to request a return for a product.

  • If the reason to request to return the item is due to product being damaged, past its expiry date, or wrong item etc. please take a photo of the whole delivery receipt and the related products and send them to our customer service team.

  • Customers are advised to bring their receipts and the products to our shop within the time of acceptance of the requests for returning the products.




Regarding Refund

  • After a return request is sent to us, we will review it.

  • The refunding process will take 5-7 business days.

  • Regarding return or exchange of fresh products, dry goods, and frozen products, our customer service team will review it and process it with an appropriate manner due to different situation.
